Thoughts

It is of human nature we perceive that all around us exceed our own levels of attainment. All too often within our developed society unrealistic expectations are thrust upon us. Leading to a sense of discontentment, anger & frustration at what we see to be our own shortcomings when success is not forthcoming.

Life is more than a series of material acquisitions or a peacock display of assumed wealth, a fact oft forgotten in the consumer-driven economy of the west.

Have we forgotten altruism & compassion ? That we leave our hungry starving on the streets, the homeless without warmth & shelter.
